Speaking That Connects Faith, Neuroscience, and the Way We Live.
Why I Speak
For years, I believed many of the same stories I now teach women to recognize and challenge.
Stories rooted in fear, self-criticism, perfectionism, and not feeling like I was enough.
Learning how thoughts shape our lives and discovering the powerful connection between neuroscience and Scripture changed the way I saw myself, my circumstances, and my faith.
Today, speaking is more than part of my business. It's part of my ministry.
I believe every woman deserves to understand how God designed her mind and to experience the freedom that comes from recognizing the lies she's been believing and replacing them with truth.
Because when we don't recognize those lies for what they are, we can spend years carrying burdens God never intended us to carry.
That's why I'm passionate about helping audiences understand the connection between their thoughts, their faith, and the lives they're building.
My hope is that women leave feeling encouraged, equipped, and more confident that change is possible than when they walked in.

“The Stories We Believe”
Have you ever stopped to consider how many of the struggles you're facing today can be traced back to a story you've been believing?
Many women spend years carrying thoughts they never stop to question—thoughts about their worth, their identity, their circumstances, and what is possible for their lives.
Over time, those thoughts become patterns. And those patterns shape the way we show up in our relationships, our faith, and our everyday lives.
In this engaging and practical message, Melina combines neuroscience, Scripture, and The Rewire Method to help women recognize the stories they're believing, challenge them with truth, and begin renewing their minds in a way that creates lasting change.
Women leave with a deeper understanding of how God designed the brain, practical tools for renewing their minds, and renewed hope that change is possible.
For Organizations, Leaders, & Professionals
“The Neuroscience of Change”
Why do smart, capable people continue repeating patterns they desperately want to change?
The answer is often deeper than motivation, discipline, or strategy.
In this engaging and practical keynote, Melina explores how thought patterns shape behavior, why change can feel difficult, and what neuroscience reveals about creating new patterns that last.
Audiences leave with a greater understanding of how the brain creates habits and automatic responses, why traditional approaches to change often fall short, and practical tools they can immediately apply in both their work and personal lives.
Most importantly, they leave with a clearer understanding that change is possible and a practical framework for creating it.
