5 Signs Your Rhythms need a Reset

Some days, nothing is glaringly wrong…but everything feels a little bit off.

You go through the motions. You cross things off the list.
But underneath the movement, there’s a quiet hum of weariness.

You’re not burned out exactly.
But you’re also not well.

I’ve lived in that middle space where life keeps going, but your soul feels like it’s lagging behind.

And more often than not, it’s a sign that your rhythms may no longer be serving you.

Not because you’re doing anything “wrong.”
But because you’re human—and your seasons shift.
Your energy shifts.
Your capacity, your responsibilities, your needs... they all change.

And when we don’t pause to notice those changes, our rhythms can quietly start to break down.

Here are 5 signs I’ve noticed in myself (and in women I coach) that your rhythms aren’t serving you any longer:

Feel a bit underwater

You’re constantly doing, but never feel caught up.
Even on productive days, peace feels out of reach.

Feel Weary

You feel unusually tired or irritated by simple things.
The little stuff wears you out. You don’t have much left to give.

Feel Purposeless

You’ve lost your sense of why.
You keep going because you have to—but the joy and meaning feel blurry.

Feel Impatient

Your patience is thin with the people you love most.
You feel guilty for snapping… but you don’t know how to stop.

Feel Disconnected

You feel disconnected from God—and from yourself.
Prayer feels distant. Rest feels elusive. You miss feeling grounded.

These signs aren’t failures.
They’re invitations.

They’re your body and spirit saying, “Let’s pay attention here.”

If you’ve been feeling misaligned, what if the answer isn’t pushing through?

What if the invitation is to pause, reflect, and gently begin again?

Inside my Reset Sessions, this is exactly what we do.

We name what’s no longer working.
We ask what God might be revealing.
And we begin building rhythms that feel faithful, not frantic.

Rhythms that leave room for breath, beauty, and presence.

If that sounds like something your soul is craving, I’d be honored to walk with you.

But whether we work together or not, this can be your moment to ask:

What do I need to release?
What do I need more of?
Where might God be inviting me into a slower, saner pace?

You’re not behind.
You’re just being called back into alignment.

And that’s a holy, hopeful place to begin.
